With the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for delivery time and product quality, the requirements for production efficiency are also higher and higher, especially in the assembly business, which is still full of a large number of manual assembly processes, and this process has relatively high requirements for personnel skills, facing the situation of higher and higher costs and more and more difficult recruitment, which is the traditional production bottleneck of the low-voltage electrical appliance industry. There is an urgent need to realize assembly automation and intelligence through intelligent and digital automatic assembly lines, improve production efficiency and product quality, so as to reduce the demand for artificial people, and finally realize intelligent lean production management and operation. Intelligent factory is composed of virtual digital factory in cyberspace and physical factory in physical system. Among them, the physical factory has deployed a large number of workshops, production lines, processing equipment, etc., providing hardware infrastructure construction and production and manufacturing resources for the whole process of production and manufacturing, which is also the final carrier of the whole process of specific production and manufacturing; Virtual digital factory is a digital model based on these manufacturing resources and the whole process of manufacturing.
