As early as June 2021, we have completed the docking of version 1.0 with Tencent documents. After a year, we upgraded! Moke has become the first partner of Tencent's open platform. Since then, it is more convenient for everyone to view Moke projects in Tencent documents!

What is Tencent document?
Tencent document is an online document tool that allows multiple people to collaborate. It can support word, Excel, PPT, PDF, mind map, flow chart and other types of work processing. It also supports online collection and statistics of questionnaires or information. As long as there is a network, you can view and edit files through a variety of ways such as web /app/ applet. Real time storage in the cloud, safe and controllable permissions, makes collaboration more efficient and creation easier.
Such an easy-to-use Tencent document is naturally well received within Moke. Therefore, in order to improve the collaboration efficiency of the production and research team, we have joined forces with Tencent documents to upgrade our capabilities again!
Moke x Tencent documents, PRD writing is easier!
As a bridge for product managers to communicate with others, the importance of PRD documents is self-evident. When writing PRD documents, many product managers usually use words and pictures to convey requirements, but this form is difficult to clearly explain the complex interactions in the prototype interface.
Therefore, last year, Tencent documents supported the sketchpad interface embedded in the mocker design draft, making the page process more clearly displayed.
After this cooperation upgrade, Tencent document has supported a single Sketchpad page embedded in the mocker design draft, which can make the document more closely combined with the prototype, make PRD document writing easier, and no longer have to worry about "finding fault" with development!

When you are ready to demonstrate the project to the boss / Party A's father, while talking loudly about the details of the design and the logic of the page in the PPT, you have to constantly switch the page of the design draft. If you don't say it in a hurry, the demonstration effect will be greatly reduced.
However, if you make PPT in Tencent documents, whether it's sketch, XD, PS, sigma, Axure, all kinds of design drafts, just upload them to the Moke collaboration platform, and then embed Tencent documents with one click, you can make your PPT presentation more worry free.

How to add mocks to Tencent documents?
If you want to embed a single design:
Step1: after entering Tencent documents, click extension plug-in, get more, and then select mocker design draft;
Step 2: log in to the Moke account;
Step3: click Select insert and select the corresponding design draft according to the project location.
If you don't want to log in, insert the complete mocker project directly through the link:
Step1: log in to the Moke collaboration platform, click share, select embed share, and then copy link;
Step 2: enter Tencent documents, click [expansion plug-in], and then select [mocker design draft];
Step3: click Insert via link, paste the copied link to the specified location, and then click Insert now.
In the above three simple steps, the document can be closely connected with the prototype, and from then on, we can embark on the road of efficient collaboration with a "speed of 180 miles".
